GDTdirect™ – HACCP interface

The GRANULDISK^® HACCP-interface is called Granuldisk Documentation Tool or GDTdirect™. With this tool it is easy to directly read from the display the data from the 100 most recent wash cycles.

The user can access data about wash and rinse temperatures for each cycle that has been run. He can also see if the programme for some reason has been interrupted.

For complete storage of all running data, the machine can be connected to a PC. Via our GDTdirect™ interface, a computer log file is created with all vital data to manage critical control points. The data is possible to export to for example Excel if further analysis are necessary.

GDTdirect™ is an integrated function in the machine’s control system, thus available in all our models.
