Extensive training covering troubleshooting, maintenance and software
GRANULDISK Service Training keep you up to date with basic theory as well as troubleshooting, software (GDTdirect and FlashLoader) and maintenance on GRANULDISK pot wash models.
Mandatory for all authorized GRANULDISK Service Partners
In our work to offer all our customers the best possible service, we only let Authorized Service Partners perform warranty service and maintenance work on GRANULDISK equipment. To become and stay an authorized GRANULDISK Service Partner, you must participate in GRANULDISK Service Training on a regular basis.
All you need is a computer
To enter GRANULDISK Service Training you need a computer - either bring your own or purchase GD Log; a small laptop / notebook with GRANULDISK software, manuals and prepared for easy connection to a GRANULDISK pot washer. GD Log is available from GRANULDISK at the price € 400 - pre-order by ticking the box when you sign up.
Duration and programme
GRANULDISK Service Training is extensive and will require up to 3 full days. Please check with your local office for schedules for the course you wish to attend.
For training held at the head office, following programme applies:
- Day 1: 10.00 - 22.00 (including evening activity)
- Day 2: 08.00 - 22.00 (including evening activity)
- Day 3: 08.00 - 16.00

Classes in English, German, French and Swedish
Training is held in English or Swedish at the GRANULDISK head office in Malmö, Sweden or in French and German at either of our offices in Hallbergmoos in Germany or Eragny sur Oise in France. (For training in other languages, please contact us for information)
