The hygiene of the washed articles is assured in each wash programme, we guarantee it. The GRANULDISK Granule ware washing machine removes food remains using the Granule technique in the wash cycle and everything you put in becomes visibly clean. An optimised final rinse, the correct time, temperature and volume of water also gives you hygienically clean articles.
As a GRANULDISK standard, all programmes comply with the German DIN 10512 standard. All cycles ensure 71°C on the surface of the dishware.
GDTdirect™ - Your hygiene partner
All machines from GRANULDISK come with automatic control for your HACCP documentation, through an easy to use interface. Several parameters that affect the final result, really clean pots, are checked using GDT™ (GRANULDISK® Documentation Tool). The temperatures, programme start, running time of various components and the alarms are registered and stored. Critical checks, such as temperatures and if, for example, the spray arms stop moving, are carried out. The information can also be used for avoiding stoppages and predict service requirements, which in turn increases the machine’s working life.
HUE - The way to measure the performance of your ware washing machine
Never heard of HUE? Well, it’s probably because most companies delivering dishwashers don’t know either. HUE (Heat Unit Equivalent) is a measure of the heat load transferred from the final rinse water to the wares.
NSF/ANSI* 3 - 2007, draws up recommendations and limits values to guarantee hygiene and is regarded as the leading organisation in this field. In order to be absolutely sure that your ware is hygienically safe, a HUE of 3600 is needed.
