Quality assured
Our efforts to attain optimal quality cover products, our ways of working and the ways in which we communicate with our clients. We shall develop and manufacture reliable, environmentally friendly and user friendly products with good designs. Cooperation is a prominent feature of our working methods, both in-house and externally.
GRANULDISK is constantly working on improvements with focus on customers, by for example implementing follow-ups using CSPs (Customer Satisfaction Processes). This shall lead to good relations and long-term partnership with all our customers.
ISO 9001:2008
Since 2005 we are certified in accordance with the international quality standard ISO 9001:2008. We have been assessed and registered by SEMKO Certification AB which is an independent certification organization, accredited by the Swedish authority SWEDAC. The ISO certification establishes that our Quality Management System fulfils the international standard requirements for quality management and denotes that we are working with quality throughout our organisation.
