A tour of our factory

If the heart of the machine is the Granules, the heart of our company is the guys building the machines. They work hard and meticulously to fulfil quality and quantity goals.

Every machine is built to order. This means that each machine is tailor made for each specific customer. Only when we can foresee a longer break in production for instance for holidays, machines are built to be put in stock.

Our works is essentially an assembly line, so most of the components arrive preassembled from our supplier’s. In our quality programme we do quality controls on all incoming parts.

A machine consists on average of 220 parts (not counting the nuts and bolts), so there is a lot to keep in mind when putting it together.

When a machine is assembled it is moved to our testing area where a thorough test programme is carried out. This is to ensure that each machine is built according to our high quality standards. After this the crating is put on and the machine is shipped off to an expecting customer.

Our works also houses our spare parts stock, our order office and research and test facilities for our development process.
