We are now expanding our sales organization with an additional Area Sales Manager with responsibility for the South German region.

Our ware washing solutions are state of the art with a strong footprint in a growing global market. Together we develop smart, sustainable and economical ware washing solutions aiming to save the most important element – the water. The blasting granule technology along with high temperatures are conveying a hygienic clean result in very few minutes.
As Area Sales Manager you will work with customers for commercial kitchens within the public sector such as schools, hospitals, care homes as well as the private sector – Hotel, restaurants, catering. Main part of the sales is through dealers, so in your role it is important to create and maintain strong relations with other partners like kitchen consultants, service partners and architects. You will be responsible for existing customers in the region as well expect to grow the customer base by finding new customers mainly in the private sector.
You will be part of an existing team of experience sales managers from the business and will report to the Regional Director South & Central Europe. Our base is our office is in Oberschleißheim in the Munich Area.
We are looking for a person that like using his or her strong inner drive and talents to continuously moving forward. In your role you need manage and build strong relations with external and internal stakeholders, so you have strong communication skills and building relationships based on a mutual trust. As a person you are disciplined and well organized – you also recognize the importance of planning and documenting your work, but still manage to act “ad hoc” when so required. You are bold, result oriented, energic, strong self-confidence and can prioritize you time in way that optimize business. We are looking for you that:
- Have some documented experience in B2B-sales.
- Speaks and writes German and English fluent, additional language is considered and plus.
- Good knowledge in the Office applications and used to work with CRM systems.
- Driving license.
It is meritorious with previous experience from technical-, value creating- and/or solution sales. Also experience from the commercial kitchen domain is strengthening the profile.
