Pass Through Dishwashers
A passthrough dishwasher or hood type dishwasher is a very common piece of equipment in commercial kitchens today, and almost every foodservice operation has one.
The question is – does it do the job? We’d like to argue no. It doesn’t.
Sure, traditional water-based passthrough dishwashers are great for taking care of your dirty dishes, but as soon as something more demanding comes along - and as we all know, it does – you have to resort to either soaking or scrubbing – often both. Sadly, it comes at the expense of your time, your finances, and our planet's resources.
