SIMpel™ is our newly developed tool supplied with all new Nor:disk models. Whether you are an end-user operating the machine or a service technician caring for it, you have quick and simple access to the unique material for the specific product. Simply scan the QR-code on the ware washer and you will be automatically directed to the online portal. Read more about SIMpel™ below, and see how it can make your every day simpler.
It is as simple as that! All you need to do is to open your QR code scanner or camera app and scan the code on the machine. This will direct you to a unique portal containing all machine-specific documents, troubleshooting guides, look-up tables for error codes, and how-to videos. As a service technician, you will be able to enter the password-protected technician area for documentation on the machine.
The QR code on the machines is the link between your product and the SIMpel™ portal. Each machine is equipped with three stickers containing the same, for your machine, unique code. One is positioned on the front of the machine, one close to the machine identity label, and one as a reference in the electricity cabin. These are applied at the factory as the last step before waving goodbye and sending the machine off to the lucky owner.

The portal is open for everyone to use in relation to the machine and the content is loaded to the system by either us at Nor:disk or the technician that installs the machine.
