Granule Maxi is our largest model, with the highest hourly through-put. Developed towards larger production facilities, it handles a high volume of pots and pans as well as intense washing peaks with ease. Maximum output for production ranging from 400 to 3000 hot meals a day

The Granule Maxi model is suitable for large scale food production facilities, preparing between 400 and 3000 hot meals a day - and beyond. However, the production and distribution processes are of great significance for actual fit and might override the meals per day indication.

Granule Maxi is available in three different editions: Compact, Flow, and FreeFlow. Each edition comes with carefully selected standard accessories and can be further customised to your needs by adding one or more smart accessories.

A stand-alone version that works with a sliding multi-cassette. The standard multi-cassette offers loading of wash ware in two levels. Loads GN pans and pots straight in the cassette - add accessories and inserts to load a multitude of other kitchen utensils. Fits operations ranging from 400 - 1,500 meals /day.

Increases flexibility and makes your setup more ergonomic and safe. Includes two cassettes, a trolley, and wall-mounted cassette hooks with wall protection. The trolley is used to move cassettes from the wall hooks into the machine and vice versa. Loads GN pans and pots straight in the cassette - add accessories and inserts to load a multitude of other kitchen utensils. Fits operations ranging from 1,000 - 3,000 meals /day.

Granule Maxi FreeFlow Edition

Offers maximum flexibility, flow, and capacity with two trolleys and two cassettes. Allows for multitasking and emptying/filling one cassette while the other is being washed. The trolley can also be used to transport wash ware around the kitchen. Increases speed, flow, and flexibility in the whole pot wash area. Load GN pans and pots straight in the cassette - add accessories and inserts to load a multitude of other kitchen utensils. Fits operations ranging from 1,000 - 3,000 meals/day.

GD Link2

Energy optimization with GD Link

GD Link is an energy optimization feature that can be fitted to all our granule-based ware washers and allows for the machine to communicate with systems that are based on the DIN 18875 standard.

GD Link enables connecting and controlling the machine through a central energy optimization unit, which helps to avoid any production disruptions in individual devices as the shutdown periods are computer-controlled and automatically reduced to a minimum. It also eliminates the instantaneous energy peaks that can happen when multiple types of equipment run simultaneously.

With the machine connected to an energy optimization system, you will minimize the overall peak load and at the same time minimize disruptions. GD link is possible to retrofit on all granule-based models dating back to 2015.
