Granule Smart suits operations ranging from 500 to 1,500 meals per day. Being a high-performer for its size also makes it especially suitable for kitchens with space challenges.

Available in four editions - a slim and compact stand-alone version, or a more flexible and fluent system with multiple baskets and trolleys. Each edition comes with a carefully selected accessories package and can be further customized to your needs by adding one or more smart accessories.

Energy optimization with GD Link

GD Link is an energy optimization feature that can be fitted to all our granule-based ware washers and allows for the machine to communicate with systems that are based on the DIN 18875 standard.

GD Link enables connecting and controlling the machine through a central energy optimization unit, which helps to avoid any production disruptions in individual devices as the shutdown periods are computer-controlled and automatically reduced to a minimum. It also eliminates the instantaneous energy peaks that can happen when multiple types of equipment run simultaneously.

With the machine connected to an energy optimization system, you will minimize the overall peak load and at the same time minimize disruptions. GD link is possible to retrofit on all granule-based models dating back to 2015.

With the add-on steam reduction to your Granule Smart you ensure a more pleasant working environment for staff and lower ventilation requirements.

EcoExchanger

The add-on EcoExchanger cleverly combines steam reduction and heat recovery in one and improves the working environment while also reducing the energy needed for heating the wash tank by up to 40%.

Wash hygienically clean in minutes, using a minimum of natural resources! No pre-washing needed - just scrape and load, then choose cycle length and wash mode. There are 2 different modes you can use, granule mode or water-only mode. It all depends on what you need to wash and how severely dirty or burnt it is.
